Whelp, I had to go and do it. Updated my old LegacyBin tool that was private.
This tool's features are the following:
- Full 32/64Bit Support of localfile/datafile.
- Translation Support for locafile
- Full Unpack/Repack
- In-App Full Bin Editor
I can't post previews here since I'm using a new acc. So It's on the repo instead.
The source code/download/bin structure of the tool is available for everyone.
I hope this becomes useful for what's left of the scene.
