Extracting information from game files

Hello, does anyone know where the data on sea regions (saltwater) and rivers (freshwater) is hidden and what can be caught there (fishing droplist) using a fishing rod or harpoon? I need this data to draw sea regions on the map and check the drop from a given region.

I'm browsing the files with PAZ, but I don't know where the data is stored.

PAZ-Unpacker - literally first result when you google "bdo paz extract".
Also, no, I'm not just trying to be a smartass, it's genuinely a good program that I'm using myself.
