"Auto" Grinder

Looking for spots+classes like SE Pillar+Zerker for example.
Im done grinding treasures ( only the ring left ) and I have 0 motivation to grind just for silver, but I want triple pen bs :/ LS are piling up too.

I don't mind anything that is better than afk fishing lol.
I will probably do it manually.

Please share your knowledge.
