You can edit below values to higher number or above level 5. Some of these are required to freeze its value in cheat engine to keep edited value stays.

Attack, Casting, Movement:
level 1 = 50000
level 5 = 200000-250000

Critical, Luck, Fishing, Gathering:
Level 1 = 1
Level 5 = 5

Cooking and Alchemy:
Cloth +1 = 100000
Cloth +5 = 500000

Striker/Mystic Infinite Shard:
Max value = 30
you can get unlimited buffs & flash steps with this.

Resistance 150%:
Unequip your gear first before change value, 150% is 1500000

Horse/Boat stats:
Ride your horse and open its profile once the values are detected in cheat engine, change it to your desire, same goes for boat.

Teleport:
Change the value of xyz to pass through door of villa buffs without paying ticket or go to aakman temple without portal.

Usage:
1.
2, Open the cheat engine and gamezbd
3. Attach BlackDesert64.exe process and load my CE table
4. Happy hacking

3 shard = 30

look inside the game's mem where it stores the HWID or check how it obtains it so u can manipulate it before connecting to server

cause in one of the first few packets the HWID gets transmitted
