this is a new bug after the recent bdo patch (the same as pulling like 1/3-1/2 the normal relic rate you should be)
just go back to char screen, come back, and your 'rng' should reset to normal levels

I don't know but I'm interested too, even though I don't have a level 58 yet or AP above 200 lol, if that is a method then I can maybe find a way to get there.

logic would say that its possible but the skill scaling would be weaker so it would be slower

I have a question, if i only want to catch relics, which settings do i alter?
I have it setup like this;

And I'm not getting any event seals, although the item id is correct. What am I doing wrong?

dude you have set it to catch only yellow, and also seals are blue so for relic and seals you need catch grade Green,Blue
