On console, there was/is the Cronus Zen and XIM Matrix. Both have free scripts available, but they often only work partially or sometimes not at all. Because of that, some people get scripts from other sources, although there’s still no guarantee that those will actually work either.
However, I’ve been hearing more and more that these devices are being detected. With the XIM Matrix, for example, you have to connect the controller to the device, which can potentially be recognized as an external device and then disconnected. There are also reports of people getting banned for using them.
Like the post above me already said, the easiest and probably best option would be a PC.
