From the looks of it, its a heavily resold cheat. Will be hard to find dev of it.

Thats a common issue, see the linked thread. I doubt the original dev will sell a 1 day key to you. They usually only sell to resellers.

I dont know what everyone has with the vis check. Im using Elusion and also used other external cheats and its more than doable to play legit with it.

thats a game issue not really a cheat issue. I know there is a way to fix the vis checks but it might be not safe. so i can really understand why the devs leave it as it is. Thanks to the BF devs for that^^
