He is just a reseller. Go and find the actual dev or main discord/telegram and buy from them you'll get it cheaper and they won't lie to you.

Theyre legit. I was also a bit suspicious of them because they have so many tools so i decided to get one that i never managed to find working.
I bought unturned for a month if im not wrong and i got 0 bans. It was fully undetected.
Support is also great sometimes a bit slow but the rest worked fine.
