we will start EO / CO / ZO / CT / SR servers . with the standard rates which means no ep drops and nothing at all .
our smart touch is that we will start on a chineese db released on 2008 . we will upgrade it till it becomes unique . we have already did lots of edits but still more are going to come . the 1380 eps would be for about 5 - 8$ . much cheaper of course and guess what ....
