This is not because of lag, when you are in the sea of atlantis and lagging,
you see atlantis npc because the game thinks you are still in altantis, however the npc cannot move. This video shows the npcs actually teleporting to him.
well maybe if that guy find the struct that have the npcs data, and that info dont have a check in server side, could maybe modify the coords of the npc to other coords and maybe could work. hehe funny thing
The short hops shown in the video wouldn't be very useful though, and he only shows himself interacting with the NPCs. If it actually moved the NPC for all other users, that would be more impressive and worthwhile.
Maybe a video of doing Hex quest without moving (bring all crystals to crystal 1) would be more impressive.
