So just forget about it. Maybe somewhen someone is so bored and writes a emulator or finds a exploit on the BoI servers and uses it to get the server files but not now!

You don't know that.
There could possibly be someone programming their own BoI emulator right now, just not speaking up about it. And it wouldn't take too long for anyone who is actually experienced in programming.

i will be waiting for that time then sir arco! it's not that i dont want to play the retail servers anymore, but i think a private server will just have to suffice my thrist of playing this game for now. unless ofc some1 teaches me how to successfully mask ip and avoid tracing from PWE.

I think if someone makes a private server with good rates now, it will be more popular than retail.

But the most easiest way to get a PServer working is to get the original server files.
And it wouldn't be easier to program a emulator just because you're experienced
Every game is different and so you need some time to get the needed data to construct the basis of the emulator

Emulating won't be faster just cause someone is experienced, even a team of experienced ppl need months to emulate some other games, the reason not many ppl bother with PWE is that, recently, if you steal their files or emulate their games they are the kind of company that will send you DMCA's and ugly stuff like that.
