Not another russian server. Just like boi inferno was max exp/drop and then they deleted everything and went low rate with it and now the website is non-existent, so yeah.
I'm over all these low and middle rate servers that offer almost close to nothing.

there is no empire.exe in bin or anywhere actually, u might wanna check the files again

I don't play here, never even bothered to download the client, but from my experience, whenever an *.exe file is missing it's most likely that it was put to quarantine by your antivirus

play with start.bat, it should have been limit 1 account, use sandboxie if u want to play with alts
