How to unbind lvl2 gems for salary?What needs to change in item.dat that they were tradable?

My guess is that you should just change the marketplace item list and change the untradeable gems for tradeable ones because they are different items.

Change number in "Can Trade" column from 0 to 1

Wouldn't that leave the "Item cannot be traded" or "Item is bound" in the gem description? If it does then it's still a better idea to just swap them out in the marketplace. Would avoid some confusion amongst players.
