pointless chattering = spamming on warcry about personal life problems, starting warcry flame wars to diss others/other legions and so on and so forth. Basically, anything that the majority of the server couldn't care less about.

As it is rather hard for me to understand you, I will answer as best as I can to my understanding of your concerns.
1) There are no free zen WOI servers online, to my knowledge. Genesis is the only good WOI server online and it doesn't have free zen. Our server is being started for fun.
2) GMs include me, drownedkitten and VooDoo (the last of which is also a dev). There is another GM but he is not with us at this moment due to real life.
3) If by administrator you mean the developer/leading GM, then that would be VooDoo.
As for bringing order to the heirarchy, I don't see how me telling you who the GMs and developer are affects much. It doesn't change much for the players. On the forums on our posts it shows me, drownedkitten and VooDoo as GMs, and ingame when we warcry it also shows our name as GM.
As for protecting server, we have anti-DDoS shields up, and are working on protecting server more during the CBT phase, before we launch OBT.

This is closed beta, things will be different in open beta.
1. Those players with custom items like backgear with 30k attack, those are GMs and the dev, VooDoo. We can create items, and that is how we got those items. They expire in 10 minutes.
2. I don't understand why you would have a problem with this. GMs are humans too, we want to play and have fun too. We are using normal characters. For CBT, we are using items such as the 30k attack power wheel you mentioned before to speed up killing bosses, so we can see about how long it will take for people to level up, given that they farm bosses and instances a lot. Its a test of the EXP rates. For open beta, the normal characters we GMs use will not be using any of those backgear items, and will be absolutely "normal" characters, indistinguishable from other player's characters.
3. You get banned for breaking ToS. Ban is temporary, unless infrigements are repeated several times. I was not there when you were getting banned, because your story is unfamiliar to me, and as such I can't explain why exactly you were banned. That is a question that the GM who banned you knows best.
P.S. Additionally, backing up my 2nd point about GM normal characters boss hunting, we are GMs, but we are also normal characters. We are just about as strong as a lot of the players who have leveled up to lvs near ours. If people are annoyed that us GMs are bosshunting, then they should get a party and come PK us. It makes our test of the EXP rates more accurate and realistic as well if we factor in that the players may lose a few bosses as well.
