If BoI oracle is using the same server version as any of the other servers that the bot works for, then yes.
Otherwise, no lol.

I downloaded the bot from the link on the first post in this thread, however when i try to start it up it comes with the message "there is a newer version of Phoenix available the bot will open up a link in your browser". It does open up a link but why would I wanna download something that is called Livid? I can't ignore the upgrade and run the version I already have either. So what should I do to solve this issue?

Livid? Live ID? That's for the old bot, not for phoenix, yet you're having it with phoenix, weird...
The download link is this - 
download, open the rar file, and copy the Phoenix.exe from the rare to the place where you extracted the Phoenix by Inathero.rar that you downloaded from the first link.
There will be a prompt asking if you want to overwrite, say yes. Then launch it. Should work fine with no problems ^^

I tried to start bot in WoI intl and its not working. Nothing is happening. It cant detect monsters and not using skills. Do I have to register first the exe?

There was a patch today. Expect the updated bot tomorrow ^^ It'll work then =)

Unfortunately no. But combat aid ingame does. Using CAH along with the bot will yield the results you want ^^

WoI Phoenix is updated for latest expansion.
those using the stand alone CAH program, click the "update" button, find Version 7 of the CAH program, and use that ^^

Hello guys
I've been making quite a few tools for BoI, having an individual thread for each one. Problem with that is that all my threads are floating around which can make it hard for people to find them. On the suggestion by dlnqt, I decided to make a single thread to contain all my releases :D
I will not put my bot in this thread since It's already quite large and self sustaining.
All the files do not have icons so they do seem suspicious. Reason why they don't have any icons is...
