When you have a problem, please use more meaningful titles than "help pls (autoit)", because 1. you have to (see rules) and 2. it will help people see what type of problem it is, and wether they know enough to help you with that.
But that aside:
I understand it like this: You have an image (e.g. car.png) and want to see if another image (e.g. tire.png) can be found in it somewhere.
If so, you might have to either
1. find a piece of code (an UDF) that does that for you somewhere in the internet
Or
2. make your own thing (GDI+, getpixelcolor, check the entire screen for the picture)
Or
3. let someone here do it for you
