This is your problem. If you access the website , dropbox doesn't directly return you the file. So INetGet downloads you the source code of the page. Either you manage to click on the download button or upload your file somewhere else where you can download it from the url. Though it isn't smart to write down passwords in plain text and make it available for everyone. What do you need the login for?
