Use

SetPrivilege("SeDebugPrivilege", 1)

and

_memorywrite( 0x00526D04 , $open, "2348565977", "long")

The first snippet acquires the required privileges (otherwise OpenProcess / WriteProcessMemory will fail) and the second one overwrites the op codes with your "4 byte values".
