Reading values

so i've been using "http://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/league-legends-hacks-bots-cheats-exploits/2885545-bot-gibot.html" this bot for a while now and coded some additional helping tools in Autoit.
I would like to make another tool which would check every account if it's level 10 or not. But i don't know how to read values with autoit, i even doubt it's possible with that programm as google is not returning any good results.
my question:
1) how to read a value from a game client (in this example: lvl 10)
2) if it's not possible to code this with Autoit, what programm should i use then?

You don't need to attach the Client, you could search for the username on lolking.net and then read the level from it.
(Take a look on HttpWebRequest for AutoIt)

I don't actually know the usernames of the accounts. (i just created ids/pws with an account creator and the bot created random nicknames as well)
So i need to log them all in in order to check.
