Exists an UDF like pixelsearch??

I search an UDF that search pixel very more better than default function of autoit (PixelSearch () ).
On official forum i find this but i don't understand what func i have to use for find a pixel on the screen.
There's another UDF that search pixel better?? Or can someone tell me what func i have to use with the udf that i post up??

what are you even trying to do?
the pixelsearch function integrated in autoit is pretty efficient allready. if you need higher accuracy, you shouldn't work with pixels...
