Combobox Index auslesen

Also mein problem ist folgendes:

Ich habe auf meiner GUI 2 Comboboxen. Beide sind mit 6 Items + dem Anfangsitem (heißt bei mir Select) ausgestattet.

So jetzt möchte ich folgendes haben:

Ist bei Combobox1 der Index1 ausgewählt und bei Combobox2 der Index1 soll etwas ausgeführt werden.
Ist bei Combobox1 der Index1 ausgewählt und bei Combobox2 der Index2 soll wieder was anderes ausgeführt werden.


Wie zur Hölle bekomm ich das hin
