AotoIT pixle help please

Im working on my first bot and my issue so far is im nubbing it up thinking about this wrong and cant figure out how to do this one part with pixel search

I wanna find the pixel (done)
Send my commands(done)
When that pixel is gone send a diff command(promblem)

So I wanna find the HP bar if its red send me attacks
when the red is gone send TAB (lock next target)
I tryed a few things and i just not sure why it wont work.
