its all cus of main lv , mwindo lv and mob lvl difference
your friend with lv 120 mostly cant hit any of his monsoon on any high lv content like antark , ot 17 etc
try to make your mwindo 175 and you will see the difference or if your main and mwindo almost same lv with maxed skills it still has lesser chance to miss compared to low lv mwindo
