there's an in-game exploit that lets you put outfit effects on equipment instead of hair and clothes as intended. Not only that the exploit also amps the effect to 21599%. People usually use a bugged ring or orb with 21599% magic damage increase, along with a mount with offensive AOE proc to clear OT17 in like 5 minutes then pass that item to another alt and repeat, that's how they make gold in the game nowadays
