I only mentioned that i only have 6 units active during battle, regardless whether i use Custom Mercs or not. Main will battle only if the last unit that was selected on previous battle was the main, basically each unit only battles based on the auto selection by the game, instead of the order by the bot.
And, yeah, you can select the 1st slot (main) by pressing 1, 2nd slot by pressing 2, so on.
I'll try the new version later, since my internet is really bad with a lot of RTO (pings with request timed out) today.

I've tested the new version, but the bot still not moving in the correct order (when using Custom Merc) on each new battle.
Previously (when using Custom Merc), the one that moves first was the currently selected unit (at the end of previous battle), but on the new version the one that moves first at the start of a new battle is the next unit after the last selected unit (similar to pressing Tab button) from previous battle.
Without custom merc, the one that attacks first will be the last one (currently) selected at the end of previous battle (still the same with previous version).
Also, the green colored custom merc is the 1st /mercenary (Main) most of the time (rarely change), even when other mercs already attacking (except the one in green, since all the mobs already dead).
The only reason for the green color to move to other merc seems to be when the green colored merc have done attacking (unfortunately they rarely attacks because other mercs which is not in green are already attacks before the green/1st merc and cleared all the mobs)
PS: i tested this with only 5 units to make sure all of them able to move on every turn.
And it seems Action Delay can affects the order of Custom Merc too.
For example, when using Action delay: 0.5-0.5s i can see that my Arthur, which is being set on the 1st Merc (Main) of Custom Merc, attacks on most battle.
But when using Action Delay 0.0-0.2s Arthur rarely do any action because other mercs (Merlin at 2nd Merc of Custom Merc/Sae at 3rd Merc of Custom Merc/DSMain at 5th Merc of Custom Merc, depends on which slot was selected at the end of previous battle) already killed all the mobs, while it should be Arthur that do the first action on each new battle.
Btw, when doing OT XIII with Custom Merc enabled my bot crashed, i think it's still trying to find a mob to fight (not in battle yet) at the time it crashed, i guess it's still unsafe to leave Custom Merc enabled all the time.
And the bot can cause strange behavior too, like i can see my character running around trying to find a mob to attack without being followed by the camera >.< felt like i'm watching someone else's character.
