Its simply to use.
1. download the file
2. open it and change 240 in a battle speed you want ( 500 is very very fast)
3. press F1 Hotkey if you want to stat it.

But I used Cheat Engine with AO to get higher battle speed.
Here's what I used to do:
.Set battle speed to very fast
.Scan for 120
.Set battle speed to medium
.Scan for 80
would make a lot of ppl happy
