Arma 3 - Vision Ban

Looking for help on how to deal with a vision ban on Arma 3.

I used esp only probably 8-12 months ago, I was never actually banned while using them though. I had taken a two week break and came back to a ban. Now I am looking to play Arma 3, but play without cheats/legit however I cant due to the vision ban. I should also mention I had a dedicated account that I used while cheating which I was banned on and I was also banned on my main account where I never used the cheats. Since the ban I have done the following.

- Fresh OS install
-HWID Spoofer
-VPN
-Fresh account

However, i am still having no luck. Am I simply screwed or is there something I can do.

I got a vision ban 2 months ago, simply made new windows profile, fresh IP and new steam account and it is gone?

You must've missed something surely

lol to bypass an infistar ban you just need a fresh account, remove all of your arma documents, change your ip. That's it.
