Because I'm nice I will just release this method for free.

Install Net Limiter 4 (like old method)
Set upload and download to (1kb) on arma 3
Enable both and then open the trader
Sell a code lock, safe or anything you want
drop the item and note can only sell once per time
turn off net limiter on arma 3
your money + rep will come and you have the item on the floor
REPEAT

will probs get patched soon as InfiStar is ****

^^ Why remove this has been a public exploit for like 3 years. Also use a lagswitch with a hotkey for faster better results and less tabing in and out. <3
