How to bypass infistar bans

I need to know how to bypass infistar, was banned for a lagswitch apparently, when i was all legit xd. Hoping to find out how to get around infistar.

delete all your game profiles that are located in c:/documents and c:/localappdata
change your ip
changed your windows profile
buy new account and you'll be fine.

-note this also works fine for fini's pasted anticheat it will work for any serverside anticheat arma has.
