I don't see why anyone would get banned if you're smart about it. If I got banned from picking up your money, then maybe your service wouldn't be too smart to invest in. lol

You should give money back if immediate ban happens right after the swap. lol

All depends, but if they do for whatever reason do get banned then that's their risk. Just like everyone takes a risk in cheating.
