I paid $30 he said it will be up in a day. Never got a response, then messaged me saying it was ready the next day so I responded since then I have heard nothing. My bet is that he is a scammer.

Welp, I paid 80$. He only messages you when you are not online, sometimes he responds inbetween that he is currently not home. Also he is working together with another scammer (aaron.wenzel1 on skype / Paradox) so yeah, don't expect anything.
