I apologize for your experience, I had several personal problems today, and my motherboard burned out. After resolving personal issues, I drove to the nearest city in search of a compatible model.

I do have laptops, however they are with my wife who is traveling and will only return on Monday.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to work during the day, all tickets and problems will be resolved now.

Yep its the worst support i ever experienced in over 10 years.
His staff is unable to do anything and always says you need to wait for him.

I faced several personal problems in the last 24 hours and I still lost my video card and my motherboard.

After resolving all personal issues, I drove to the nearest city to buy at least the motherboard.

This non-experience that we offer, I hope you understand the unforeseen events that occurred.

Unfortunately, problems happen to everyone.

Regardless, all tickets and delivery problems have been resolved.
