Actually, the quest is bugged so you can get 2 pots per run:
1) Create a level 1 toon with a four letter name starting with S (e.g., SinX, Sass, Sexy, etc.). I'm not sure if you can use names with other lengths, but this is what I do.
2) Level your toon to 7 (for the Human quest)
3) Get the first part of the pot running quest at Holly
4) Go to the Character Select screen immediately after receiving the first quest from Holly
5) Select your pot runner toon again and get back into the game. Then do the pot run quest chain.
6) When you get your first pot (possessed), immediately Character Select again
7) Select your pot runner toon again and get back into the game. Check with Holly and/or the Adventurer to pickup the pot run quest chain again. Then do the pot run quest (again).
8) When you get the second pot, it will be stacked on the first one. Shift-click and drag to separate the items. One will stay possessed and the other will be unpossessed. The second pot can be sold on the AH.
This is an old glitch.
