about +15 weapons, at that time you could dupe any items... you probably know...
So to have a weapon +15:

1) reinforce the weapon
2) IF SUCCESS: backup the weapon - IF BROKE: use the backup
3) do 1 and 2 again Until u get +15

(dont forgot to use alot of Fortune manual)
No other way.

OMG i test it often and try to dupe ReinforcePots with WPE and ofc it worked......

Around 30...and it is possible...i tried on Celestia and it worked fine. But in case of Webzen u're right.
