throwing items after death?and why talismans of something that prevents you throwing items after pvp death still exists if we cannot throw anything soz4bad eng

couse this was cypirs i giess back in cm time and people were dropping stuff if they were killed.
about the passport: couse its webzen lol

It is either Tullan Server or Cyripus before Server Merge, but in Webzen, not CM.
These Servers have/had the rule, that you drop something from inventory when you´re killed.
Or, if you were skulled up, you would have lost one thing from inventory and either your weapon or a part of your armor
