highest is 3% noone has anything higher or as lm@o said.. screenshots would have been posted.. ya there are ELITE gloves with 6% cast.. but thats it..

p.s. my drops always sucked
for example: my ele is 97 and grinded from 76 - 92 in light / psn and i didn't drop an ele top / skirt at all
i only just got my ele top today from buying it -.-
