Maybe you guys do need VPN but if you have webzenthenyou dont need it I'm not using VPN only requirement for me is proxy to click Start from website then the rest works perfect.
One more thing Gameguard from webzen = hangame.jp

Right now I'm in school it's not hard to find woking proxy just google Japanese proxies 2010. If you still could find one I'll send but it will be after after school which is 5hours more.

Sadly me and tornix alrdy been to Chinese version and it's alrdy fixed there so Chinese are safe.
