Bell's and skin can be obtained from mobs in latria, or you could sneak into dragon scion. There u get bells from the lanternriders, and skin from the patriots. It's the Lequimes in Latria that give skin and the mobs on the island (forget the name) that give bell's.
For Example Lv 10:
Large Healing, Large Elemental healing, Alchemy Pet ( u can trade them ), and something more but i dont know ^^ ( i heard something about uniques/elite helmets or something like that )

First u CANT TRADE THE PETS -> before to get pet u get a homunuclus box(bound) and this contanins pet's ( serazaran /diferent lvl's /most drop is lv1...) that is also BOUND , and u get elite chest NOT elite armours/wepons , u can get aslo poisen pass'es and diferent lv3 prayer stone , and ALSO UNIQ ACC but they are very rare u better farm them....but how know's maybe u have luck ^^

he is right, all u can do is get lvl 10 alchemy and buy all the mats to make them urself^^
i got lvl 14,5 collecting.. and over 800 meta pots><
but low lvl char^^
best spots for finest bell and skin are in dragon scion lv42/lv21(or so) u kill fast and colect more ....and best lvl for colect finest bell and skin is lv13 colecting

About alchemy .... 09/01/2009 - Silkroad Online - 7 Replies lets say , if i add a str stone to a 9D wep , trying to get str 6 (100%) ofc , it fails a couple of times then succeeds becoming str 3 (40%) this time .
if i added another str stone what we'll happen ;
1. if it fails it'll drop to str1 ? , like the case of +ing , straight success or reseted.
2. if it fails it'll remain str3 ? , no effect occured.
3. if it succeeds it'll become 4,5,6 ?
