I just sent u a PM.. if u can provide me a starting point... i should be able to get a full working "Personal Private Server Package" so an offline server for testing purposes.. no dmg for webzen, we can do all tests we want

An offline Server for everyone would be epicly great to test skills, dmg and so on.

we can make a private server but keep only for few people , just for trusted mans which will not say about it to other persons or public it on sites
if wanna make a private server MUST KEEP IT SECRET

some time ago was project in china 2 guys make private and 1 week after this private was delete why ? i think webzen

@OP u sound like a noob who doesn't even know how private servers are developed.. thanks for the entertaining post. i know this thread is useless thanks :P goodluck on breaking the encryption coz i know u dont know much abt it.. last hope is source files which is almost impossible to get for now.
