In codemasters ep 1, there was an easy way to dupe stones, maybe somebody can try if it works on private china server too:
take 10 level 1 elemental stones (sold by merchant) then go to refinery and refine them to 1 level 2 elemental stone. when the progress bar is about 50% press alt+f4 (game quits). Reload game, and you have in inventory 10 level 1 stones and 1 level 2 stone. Maybe it works here too...
