It translate everything,just NPC names are bugged so hernan didn't want to make buggy patch

they didnt say we will update at 14feb.It is going to happen in the next weeks.Even webzen or cm havent updated at the dates they were announcing.Give them a break.after all they are just doing it for fun.

Since the people got interested in Hacking the China Pserver only, i decided to stop it because of that isn't was i try to do, i dont wanna work for any stupid hacker..
