Character creation bug

I made a new character on the new server Deribelle yesterday,
to reserve the name for a new account i would make later.
Today 24 hours later i deleted the char and already had another client with character creation window open, i tried to create a char with the same name like right after i deleted the original one and it says character name already taken. logged off on both accounts tried again same thing.
After i tried this with a completely random name like x48e78 and same problem.

Any way to fix this?

after 3 days still same thing and i'm waiting for feedback from webzen,
reported it some days ago.

ow but thats the same bug with the server merge thing. i wanted to make a char with the same name as my main but i was told there was already a char with that name but there wasnt >.<

That even happened to me on CM AL lol.
Oh yea about reporting, I don't think webzen actually cares for it. I only see GMDen atleast trying to do something.

Hello,

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the changed character name occurred from the server merging operation. Mainly if several characters of the same name are from both same and different accounts, one of them should have at least have a chance to compete for his name he used to have and the other character lose a chance to have that name anymore once the name is taken.
However, there was a technical problem which could have affected you to fail on changing your character name even without an existing character with the same name in 1 “World”.

The technical issue has been now managed & resolved, and for those of you who were not able to proceed on changing your character name from “character name@server name” will be able to change as of now.
(However, if the name has already been taken by other player, you still cannot use such name)

Also, for those of you who have already switched your name to totally different one just because you were not able to use your name with seeing “The character name already exists” error message, we will take your request via Direct Inquiries to get your name back. Then we will sort out all the requests to figure out whether the problem has been occurred by the technical issue or ordinarily some other player has dominated the name’s property. Please note if another player has already taken your name within the same “World”, we cannot resolve your request.

Please copy and paste the subject below and add it to the title of your query.
Request for my Character Name

1) Server Name
2) Account Name
3) Desirable Character Name (The one you used to have before the server merges)
4) Current Character Name

NOTE
**Just to remind you, we will only be able to resolve those issues which got involved in the technical problem.
We cannot take away from another player if he has already dominated a property of your name.
**If the same character name were existed on the same account, choose one that you prefer to be changed.
