Hey, i think i remember a long time ago where it was a private server where you had to combine lv 3 fire stones to get ashtaals.

anyone remember what else you needed to refine?

it won't work to other servers so why do you need?

that is why, was wondering if it worked on overkill because for some reason a certain balloon always gives fire lvl 3, and no other type lvl 3, so i figured that refine thing was there too.

you could only refine 10 x lv3 to get 1 x lv4
