Standard WINAPI works. If you're trying to call them from autoit or somewhere else that may be the problem. Compile this and see for yourself:
It tells you if you're auto attacking or not.

I'm not using autoit, I'm using c# but c# itself being a safe language could be the problem.

If this works then I'll be damned, the solution could have not been simpler :>

Well I'm not playing the game. I see that you've said some stuff about gameguard on the other topic. Any chance that you know how to disable it(not show GG splash and try to connect to server) ?
