Well those files are caped on many stuff as osman said
no wings / cloacks
no new worlds
unstable once server hits their limit with new files / textures etc

But sure , if they want fully episode 1 then it's a good idea but please stop trying to clone episode 3 or even webzen .

Well those who could actually create something new - stood up for a while. Can't remember the name of the Server which had even some new skills. The funny fact is that people who's server are running well gets either fcked up for some internal reasons (archlord online) or during lack of time/money (almost every other server) to keep the server alive.

And yes, the people who fixed stuff won't share their work, but that's a fact. I mean would you share what you've been working on? I guess not.

Archlord-online was the max with this files. Ofc, you are able to add/change some new things but thats it.
We worked months on this files, and we will continue till we reached smthing.
We could make a pserver with new mounts, new zones, combos, wings/cloacks etc... But it works bad and there are to much bugs because we tryed it in other ways than it actually belongs.

for those who wants to create a private serverfiles with actual serverfiles,you cant go up with new episodes than episode 1,serverfiles its an episode 1 mix with 2(without siege).

Stop saying you can do a repack of serverfiles,you got the source code because the only one who got the serverfiles for the moment are 173china archlord latest version from webzen HEAVENS HELL and JustAc.If the files will be released(in 2-3-4 years),then you can do repacks for episode 3,episode 4 or whatever.

For now archlord private servers are dead.JustAc isnt a private server its just a copy of WEBZEN.

JustAc is a p-server, only difference is that they have ''good'' files.
Codemasters & Webzen was ''real'' Archlord, they had rights but they both stopped.

Why would we have to wait for files to be released ? People are creating emulators for new games which has TLS/SSL protected sockets. I cannot understand how noone still hasn't figured out to how to decrypt packets of a game released almost 10 years ago.

Isnt hard for packets,its alot of work,and we need a team,active team,and time,alot time.New games comes and this will die for sure.

If we show even 1% of completed work(only login + character selection for example) I'm pretty sure people will start gathering and contributing. They don't even need to have programming skills there're other stuff they can do to contribute.
