finally i edited my files too (was to lazy before :P) and its really that way:
edit both files itemtemplate.ini and itemtemplateentry.ini. Use the TID (written in [] and in first column in itemdatatable) to make sure u edit the right names.

i use the normal editor form windows and to decrypt the ini the decryptini wichu can get here

how to use : copy the 2 ini files in the folder of decryptini drag the first one (itemtemplate) over the prog than u get a new file itemtemplate.ini_ ( wich u can open with the normal editor from windows) now delite the old one (itemtemplate), than change what ever u want in the itemtemplate.ini_ , save the file close the editor than u drag the itemtemplate.ini_ over the prog u should get a new file wich is named itemtemplate.ini__ (2 underlines) , delite the 2 underlines and press enter than u must get a file that looks like the original one , do the same with the itemtemplateentry file and *POW* u have it

and one thing at least USE THE SAME NAME IN BOTH FILES otherwise nothing will happen ^^

IMPORTANT: DONT POST ANY SCREEN SHOTS WITH THE MOD NAMES its a reason for bann !!!!

before asking, i have to say thanks for that...

Now my problem, i have the decryptini.exe in a folder, i copy the itemtemplate.ini and nothing happens, i run the decryptini and nothing again, it doesent create me te itemtemplate.ini_

Im doing something wrong? thank you again :P

not only ice , lightning and poison , there will be other realms too and i have seen the names too but i cant remember where to find again ... such a **** xD

ok, i have a question, I tried something and it doesnt work... with that procedure its suposed that bound items are not anymore bound by changing the names right? correct me if im wrong...

Then, I changed the name of a unique ring and it still being bound... why? I cant understand that, the name has changed but it isnt unbound now...

no one said, changing the item name makes items unbound.
editing the ini files means ONLY changing the clientside display of a item name. The information about items being bound or not are also written in the files but are only for display. everything is serversided.
even if you remove the "Bound Item" tag, you couldnt trade the unique.
