what is the best site to create a reg page for my PSRV

a friend and i are just about ready to release our srv but we ran into a wall at creating our reg page, we have everything we need to go, and i will be hosting this srv, it will be up 24/7 unless we decide to update somthing.
but all we need is a site so we can set up our reg page, any help would be greatly appreciated.

well easy to crash p servers via sending packets here i show you now how to crash a server with sending packets by mixing a weapon =)
as example
weap id BYTE Value1 {0x0a, 0x74, 0x21, 0xc8, 0x7f, 0xff, 0xca, 0x97}
armor id BYTE Value2 {0x97, 0xf2, 0xa9, 0x74, 0x2a, 0x58, 0xff, 0x4f}
med id BYTE Value3 {0xd1, 0x4f, 0x1a, 0x5d, 0x67, 0x2a, 0x2f, 0xd3}
