Did a a test order with chantrashop yesterday, got to say the service hasnt improved.

They took the order and payment, when i contacted their support (guy called Skowron) he asked me for the order number then left me hanging for an hour without answering.

2nd time I got a guy called Adrian who after many delays of up to 15 minutes between replies told me they didnt have the items they advertised and were sourcing them and then simply ignored me from then on!

If you do deal with them expect big delays and dont hold your breath waiting for delivery!
