Is it possible to change green stats for a weapon ?

no its not possible because its serversided only you would see the changes so there is no use to change stats,numbers,etc

it costs cc and there isnt a high chance that the items gets better ;P

ok, thats true, but if u have any cc left, DONT spend in on that item, since items on webzen are WAY better..
