i think you mean the "Temp" folder so...
go to your hdd then at the windows folder and delete the content of the "Temp" folder ...
go to folder options and make all folders visible...
check the folder "ProgramData" at your hdd for stuff you dont need anymore
clear the cache of your webbrowser since it safe a lot of useless stuff...
also go to Computer/ - /Users/YOURUSERNAME/AppData/Roaming/
and delete the stuff you dont need anymore
hmm there are mabe some more folders where content get safed
like the Download folder... if you got some big games as .iso
on your hdd think about to delete them since you just need them once
to install the game

thats true the best/only way is to safe your important stuff at a exernal
and format your pc... but hey since when does we care at the
